More recently we are seeing bigger national developers building huge student flat complexes around the uclan campus. At letpads we are always listening to what students are saying as we want to be knowing any trends so we can ensure we are catering to all students needs. All that is great for your first year when you are coming to terms with moving away from home for the first time and being in a new city but after a year living like that, well……… It’s time to ???????

Infact one student stated how would they learn anything living in a protected 24 hour security wardened premises. What would they then do when they were graduated and had to live in a house and deal with the experience of living in the real world whilst juggling a full time pressured graduate position. That pretty much answered all the feedback that we needed at letpads.
