Uclan student union accommodation fair
Letpads were invited to the uclan student union accommodation fair where uclan students can come and look for student accommodation in Preston. We were set up in the atrium and if you didn’t manage to see us you can check our site out and contact us for the latest availability.
We were invited as we are highly accredited landlords with a great reputation offering quality student houses in Preston. We were one of the very few private landlords in Preston asked to attend and we hope this shows uclan students the standards we strive to deliver year in, year out. Our houses really do go quickly so get in touch and let us know your group sizes. We only had a few houses left on the day and had to let some groups down as some group sizes had already been booked out prior to the event. Remember we are not letting agents, you are dealing direct with the landlord as we own all the properties in our portfolio.
You will see from the picture attached that we had lots of things to give away so we hope you all enjoyed the day as much as we did. Some of our existing uclan students came to show their support and we would like to thank them all for maintaining our high retention rates. As the majority of our students stay on with us whether that’s in their existing letpads houses or changing to bigger or smaller homes.
If you missed out on getting a letpads house for September 2015 all we can do is apologise. Our portfolio of student accommodation in Preston really does go quickly especially when current students want to stay. Even then current students always recommend us to their friends as they are always jealous when they come to a letpads house and see what kind of house they could be living in. So if you get the chance of being lucky enough to view an available letpads house don’t take too long to decide as you may be left disappointed as so many others are. Letpads advise you to look at other houses before you view ours, because then you will see what standards are out there with student accommodation and houses for uclan students.
