Hey peeps it’s that time of year again, oh yes the uclan students union accommodation fair 2015 is upon us again. It’s on Thursday 26th November at the students union in the atrium cafe. Of course letpads were voted as landlord of the year from the uclan students union, beating over 70 accommodation providers in Preston. Not an easy task but one we are extremely proud of.
We will be there once again so make sure you all get down as there will be lots of freebies and goodies for all uclan students to take. Just one of the great reasons to be a student, you can get lots of bits to take away so have your bags empty ready for filling up hehe.
There will be lots of student halls providers aswell as letting agents. Of course there will be some landlords too all of which will be highly accredited so you can be sure that you will be dealing with professional providers of student accommodation in Preston.
There will be nobody there looking to sign you up to any houses as the fair is there for you to come along and find out what’s available in regards to student accommodation in Preston. You can speak to the various stalls of companies that will be there and ask any questions you may have. The fair is there for you, so feel free to ask what’s on your mind as it’s important you get the accommodation you want. Whether that’s halls or a student house in Preston.
Every year letpads have an excellent retention of there current students and this year is no different. Due to the great service we provide most of our students have stayed on with us, while others have had there group sizes change so they have moved into some of our smaller or larger houses. Sorry guys but letpads tenants get first dibs on our available houses but we still have some houses left. But be warned we are full year in, year out. So get yourselves over to the uclan students union fair and see for yourself what we have available. But when it’s gone, it’s gone. Letpads – the hype is real. You have been warned.
